النشرة العربية الشهرية التاسعة التي تعنى بالمقتراحات المتعلقه بوضع سياسات رايب ان سي سي/ يونيو ـ حزيران ٢٠١٥

حضرة الزملاء المحترمين،

يسرنا وضع النشرة العربية الشهرية التاسعة (يونيو/حزيران ٢٠١٥) التي تعنى بالمقتراحات المتعلقه بوضع سياسات رايب ان سي سي(RIPE Policy Proposal) بتصرفكم، حيث ندعوكم للمشاركة الفعالة في مناقشة اي من هذه المقترحات وابداء رايكم وارسال تعليقاتكم باللغة الانكليزية على القوائم البريدية ذات الصلة.

للتذكير، هذه السياسات توضع وتعدل بما يتماشى مع عملية تطوير السياسات المطبقة في رايب ان سي سي (RIPE Policy Development Process – PDP).  ويمكن لاي شخص تقديم اقتراح تعديل سياسة معينة حيث ترسل هذه المقترحات على العنواين المذكورة لكل مقترح ليتسلمها فريق عمل رايب ان سي سي ذالت الصلة وينشرها لتكون مفتوحة بعد ذلك للمناقشة امام الجميع.

مقترح سياسة 2015_02: الابقاء على IPv6 مقدم مستقل (Provider Independent) عند طلب تخصيصات IPv6

“Keep IPv6 PI When Requesting IPv6 Allocation”

يهدف هذا المقترح الى اعطاء تخصيصات برتوكول الانترنت IPv6 الى مسجلي الانترنت المحليين بدون الحاجة الى استرجاع تخصيصاتهم من(PI) IPv6 Provider Independent

تم الاعلان عن التوصل الى توافق حول هذا المقترح، وهو حاليا” في مرحلة النداء الاخير لاعطاء فرصة اخيرة لاصحاب المصلحة لتقديم اي اعتراضات او تعليقات لم تطرح في المراحل السابقة.

مقترح سياسة 2015_01: تجانس متطلبات نقل مخصصات IPv4

 “Alignment of Transfer Requirements for IPv4 Allocations”

 

يهدف هذا المقترح الى مواءمة مدة نقل تخصيصات IPv4 الى ٢٤ شهر بعد وضعهم في الخدمة، حيث انه هناك حاليا” تباين في فترات نقل التخصيصات التي توزعها منظمة رايب ان سي سي (والتي يمكن نقلها فورا”) وتلك التي يوزعها مسجلي الانترنت المحليين ( لا يمكن نقلها الا بعد ٢٤ شهرا” من وضعها في الخدمة).

الوضع الحالي للمقترح: مرحلة النداء الاخير، بانتظار قرار رئيس فريق العمل.

مقترح سياسة 2014_03: ازالة تقييم حاجة تعدد المصادر لتوزيع ارقام النظام الذاتي

“Remove Multihoming Requirement for AS Number Assignments”

 

هذا المقترح يهدف الى تسهيل عملية طلب رقم النظام الذاتي (AS number) عبر ازالة تقييم الحاجة، وتخصيص ١٠٠٠ رقم نظام ذاتي لكل مؤسسة كحد اقصى، ووضع مركزية متعددة (multihomed) للارقام ذات ١٦ بت (16 bit) بعد ٩ شهور من وضعهم في الخدمة.

الوضع الحالي للمقترح: مرحلة المراجعة بانتظار تقديم نسخة مقترح جديد.

مقترح سياسة 2015_03: معايير لتقييم التخصيصات الاولية لبروتوكول الانترنت الاصدار السادس

“Assessment Criteria for IPv6 Initial Allocation Size “

يهدف هذا المقترح الى ازالة شرط اعطاء تخصيصات كبيرة لبروتوكول الانترنت الاصدار السادس IPv6 بناء على عدد المشتركين او البنى التحتية للشبكة. وبناء عليه، سوف تقوم رايب ان سي سي بالنظر في معايير اضافية عند تقييم طلبات التخصيصات لبروتوكول الانترنت الاصدار السادس IPv6.

الوضع الحالي للمقترح: مرحلة المناقشة بانتظار تحليل التأثيرات.

The following proposal is in Last Call. Rough consensus has been declared and the purpose of this phase is to give the community a final opportunity to present any well-justified objections to the proposal that have not already been raised and addressed during the previous discussion phases


"PROPOSAL: 2015-01, “Alignment of Transfer Requirements for IPv4 Allocations
OVERVIEW: Currently, IPv4 allocations received from another LIR can only be re-allocated after 24 months, while IPv4 allocations made by the RIPE NCC can be transferred immediately. This proposal aims to align the transfer requirements with a 24-month holding period for all IPv4 allocations

RIPE NCC IMPACT ANALYSIS: Includes the point that currently around 10% of the allocations made by the RIPE NCC are transferred shortly after they have been allocated

"PROPOSAL: 2015-03, “Assessment Criteria for IPv6 Initial Allocation Size

OVERVIEW: This proposal aims to remove the requirement that large IPv6 allocations are based only on existing users and network infrastructure. As a result of this policy implementation, the RIPE NCC will be able to consider additional criteria when evaluating IPv6 allocation requests

"PROPOSAL: 2014-03, “Remove Multihoming Requirement for AS Number Assignments
OVERVIEW: This proposal aims to ease the requirements when requesting an Autonomous System (AS) Number. To this end, the following actions are proposed

- Remove the need for evaluation

- Limit the number of AS Numbers per organisation to 1,000

- Require that 16-bit AS Numbers are multihomed after nine months


RIPE NCC IMPACT ANALYSIS: Includes the point that it will be the End User that decides if the need for an AS Number is technically reasonable
