يسرنا وضع النشرة العربية الشهرية (نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني ٢٠١٦) التي تعنى بالمقتراحات المتعلقه بوضع سياسات رايب ان سي سي (RIPE Policy Proposal) بتصرفكم، حيث ندعوكم للمشاركة الفعالة في مناقشة اي من هذه المقترحات وابداء رايكم وارسال تعليقاتكم باللغة الانكليزية على القوائم البريدية ذات الصلة.

مقترح 2015_04 : سياسات نقل موارد رايب

 “RIPE Resource Transfer Policies”

يهدف هذا المقترح الى وضع سياسة نقل موحدة لموارد ارقام الانترنت (IPs) ليحل محل النص الموجود في العديد من سياسات رايب.  كما يقدم هذا المقترح مواءمة مدة نقل تخصيصات IPv4 و ASNs_bits16 الى ٢٤ شهر بعد وضعهم في الخدمة او انتقالهم الى عميل جديد.

الوضع الحالي للمقترح: مرحلة المراجعة، بإنتظار قرار رئيس فريق العمل.

مقترح 03_2016 : تحديد سياسية اخر تخصيص /8

 “Locking Down the Final /8 Policy”

يهدف هذا المقترح بأن لا يسمح لاعضاء المنظمة بنقل تخصيصات بروتوكول اللانترنت التسخة الرابعة (IPv4) التي تم الحصول عليها من اخر تخصيص /8.

الوضع الحالي للمقترح: سحب من التداول بسبب عدم وجود الدعم الكافي للمقترح اضافة الى التعليقات والمناقاشات الغير بناءه والتي من الممكن ان تضربسمعة مجتمع رايب ان سي سي.

OVERVIEW:  The goal of this proposal is to define sub-assignments in IPv6 PI assignments as subnets of /64 and shorter
STATUS: Discussion Phase

The following proposal is awaiting input before they can go any further in the PDP

PROPOSAL: 2015-04, "RIPE Resource Transfer Policies"
OVERVIEW: Aims to create a single transfer policy with all relevant information on the transfer of Internet number resources, replacing text in several RIPE Policies. The proposal also introduces a 24-month holding period for IPv4 addresses and 16-bit ASNs after any change of holdership

RIPE NCC IMPACT ANALYSIS: Describes how the 24-month holding period for scarce resources will be applied

STATUS: Review Phase – Awaiting decision from working group chair

The following proposal has been withdrawn.

PROPOSAL: 2016-03, “Locking Down the Final /8 Policy”

OVERVIEW: This proposal aimed to ban transfers of allocations made under the final /8 policy

STATUS: Withdrawn. The proposer decided to abandon the proposal as he felt that the ongoing discussion was damaging the RIPE community’s reputation. As nobody stepped forward to take over the authorship of this proposal, the proposal was withdrawn
