NANOG actually starts on Sunday. ;-) There might be room in the 
Lightning Talk session at NANOG to talk about other NOGs, if there are 
any volunteers...

The MENOG programme committee have a plan to have a full session 
discussing the fibre cuts. Probably in a similar vein to what was done 
at APRICOT 2007 after the Taiwan fibre cuts of December 2006.
