[menog] Huge Delay Posting To List

Wow!  It was a delay of more than 5 hours for this to get to the list!  Is this list moderated?

Hopefully I'm not out of bounds sending this to the list, but there're too many folks trying to unsubscribe incorrectly.  The method to unsubscribe is here:

Sending email to the list members (on any mailing list) requesting to be unsubscribed does not help.
