[menog] Connectivity in Kuwait

I am looking to establish some contacts with organizations that have experience acquiring and deploying connectivity within Kuwait. We are working on a business venture that would require near Ethernet speeds between at least a dozen Kuwaiti cities. We will also need connectivity out of Kuwait to one of the exchanges in Europe.
