[menog] World IPv6 Day observations from Middle East

Hello everyone,

Here are a few World IPv6 Day observations.

Arabic localizations for Google, Yahoo and Bing are not working today if I run an IPv6 connection. Google thinks I am in Holland, Bing thinks I am in Canada and Yahoo doesn't default to the maktoob.yahoo.com portal used in the Arab world. This could be explained that I am on a public IPv6 address that uses the Freenet6 IPv6 server in Amsterdam and a Canadian ISP assigned block of IPv6 addresses.

This means Middle East ISPs should give IPv6 access to their subscribers over their own IPv6 assigned address blocks to get web page localizations to work.

Otherwise things are running smoothly as standard pings to the regular web'pages of Facebook, Bing, Yahoo, CNN and Google are all defaulting to IPv6 addresses and responses without the brute force of "ping -6". And running in IPv4 only mode has no issues as well.

All the best,
-Ahmed
