Or you can use the client built into almost every operating system for an HE tunnel if you can get protocol 41 delivered to your host.

If you're stuck behind NAT and can't direct protocol 41 packets to your host, the Freenet client is an alternative, but, if you are
able to use a normal tunnel, there are convenient directions for most platforms at http://tunnelbroker.net
