[menog] Middle East DNS Forum Program Committee -- Call for Volunteers

I am not representing MENOG obviously but I think they would be very
happy to work with you in dates to not clash with other activities
that directly supports MENOG. Osama can you chime in please? :)

The idea is I think we don't need one more event while we have MENOG.
If needed collaborate with MENOG to be somewhere other than Dubai (I
think Dubai is well connected).

We want ICANN to collaborate with existing activities not duplicate
the efforts. I also agree with you that it's important to rotate
location of the meeting to enhance engagement as much as possible.
