[menog] Middle East DNS Forum Program Committee -- Call for Volunteers

Let's bring MENOG back to Istanbul --- ICANN Has an office in Istanbul
too that should be easy to coordinate.

Istanbul is a very good hub these days as well, many NON-STOP flights
, thoughts?
