The ninth edition of the Global IGF this year will take place in Istanbul,
Turkey during September 2-5 at the Lütfi Kirdar International Convention and
Exhibition Center (ICEC). The theme for this year’s edition is “Connecting
Continents for Enhanced Multistakeholder Internet Governance”. You can find
more information on the event at http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/. The host
country also maintains its own website at http://www.igf2014.org.tr/. For
those active on Twitter, this year’s event has a Twitter handle @2014igf.

 

The schedule for the event can be found at
http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/schedule-igf2014. All sessions are streamed
online and in real-time, and remote participation facilities are available
for all sessions.

 

Also, you will find from the agenda that Monday September 1 is a day-0 full
of events that are worth attending.
