[menog] ICANN Signs MoU with APNIC on L-Root Collaboration

I am pleased to inform you that ICANN just signed an MoU with APNIC on
L-Root Collaboration. APNIC, via its vast network of contacts with ISPs and
operators in the Asia-Pacific region, will help promote the installation of
L-root instances around the AP region. More on this can be found on a blog
