[menog] Update on the IANA Stewardship Transition and ICANN's Accountability

Friends and Colleagues,

 

As part of our regular updates on the IANA Stewardship Transition and
ICANN's Accountability, this email summarizes recent developments since the
previous update.

 

The 7th volume of the IANA Stewardship discussions can be found at

In this blog post you can find the approvals of all of ICANN's SO/ACs on the
3 sub-proposals submitted to the ICG for consolidation.

 

The Cross Community Working Group (CCWG) on ICANN's Accountability has (had)
a meeting in Paris, France on July 17-18. More on this can be found in

n.

 

Another piece from Theresa Swinehart provides some updates on further
coordination related to the IANA Stewardship Transition and Enhancing ICANN

The proposal to transition the stewardship of the IANA functions will be out
for public comment on July 31 to September 8 (approximately). More details
