This is an open call for citizens of the Middle East and Adjoining Countries
(22 Arab States, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan) interested in
Internet Governance to express your interest in attending the 3rd edition of
the Middle East and Adjoining Countries School on Internet Governance
(MEAC-SIG) 2016 to take place in Beirut, Lebanon on 8-12 August 2016 with a
generous host from Social Media Exchange (SMEX <http://smex.org/> ).
