Dear All

SdNOG is a non-profit group that provides an open forum to be used by any interested member from the Internet Community in Sudan, to exchange technical information and expertise in inter-networking. It is managed and organized by group of volunteers with the aim of capacity building and technology development. [www.sdnog.sd]

 The SdNOG Program

 Committee announces the opening of SdNOG-3 CFP,which will take place on 17th - 18th of
 August 2016 in Khartoum,Sudan. and is now seeking contributions for Presentations.
We are looking for presenters who would:
 - Offer a technical tutorial on an appropriate topic;
 - Participate in the technical conference sessions as a speaker;
 -Convene and chair panel sessions of relevant topics.

 PROGRAMME MATERIAL
 =====================
 The SdNOG program is organized in two parts; tutorials and conference. Topics for tutorials and the conference must be relevant to networks and Internet Operations and Technologies. All papers are welcomed except for the ones that have promotional objectives or infringen copyrights. The list below gives example of some topics but it is not comprehensive: 
 - Routing and operations
 - IPv6 deployment and transition technologies
 - IXPs and Peering
 - Virtualization and Cloud Computing 
 - Internet ecosystem
 - Network security issues (NSP-SEC, DDoS,
 Anti-Spam,Anti-Malware) - DNS / DNSSEC
 - Internet governance and policies (Security, Regulation,
 Content Management, Addressing, etc)
 - Any other topics

 CfP SUBMISSION
 ===============
 Draft slides for both tutorials and conference sessions MUST be provided with CfP submissions
 Otherwise, the Program Committee will be unable to review the submission.
 All draft and complete slides must be submitted in PDF format only.
 Final slides are to be provided by the specified deadline for publication on the SdNOG website.

مجموعة مشغلي الشبكة السودانية (SdNOG)  هي مجموعة غير ربحية تهدف إلى توفير منتدى مفتوح ليتم استخدامه من قبل المعنيّين من مجتمع الإنترنت في السودان لتبادل الخبرات في جميع المجالات المتعلقة بالإنترنت والشبكات. تدرك المجموعة أن قطاع الاتصالات في السودان كان ومازال ذو تأثير واضح  على الحراك الاقتصادي والتطور العلمي بالبلاد. كما أن له تداخلات قوية مع جميع فئات المجتمع والتي استفادت ومازالت تستفيد بمختلف الطرق من التطور الذي شهده القطاع.
 برنامج  SdNOG
تعلن المجموعة عن فتح باب التسجيل لتقديم اوراق علمية/ سمنار  لمؤتمرها  الثالت الذي سينعقد فى الفترة 17-18 أغسطس 2016, الخرطوم.
يتطلب من مقدم الورقة العلمية التالي:
-	تقديم عرض  تقني يناسب موضوعات المجموعة
-	أو المشاركة كمتحدث في القسم الفني للمؤتمر
-	أو رئيس جلسة اثناء تقديم  جلسة نقاش (panel session)
الجدول الزمنى للتقديم
-	فتح باب التسجيل (10 ابريل 2016)
-	الموعد النهائي للتقديم (10 يوليو 2016) 
-	استلام الاوراق/العروض النهائية (31 يوليو 2016)
-	اعلان أجندة البرنامج (8 أغسطس 2016)
مواضيع المؤتمر
يجب أن تكون الموضوعات المقدمة ذات صلة بمجال شبكات الانترنت والتقنيات المستخدمة. نرحب بجميع الأوراق باستثناء الأوراق ذات الأهداف الترويجية أو مرتبطة بحقوق نشر. القائمة أدناه مثال على بعض الموضوعات :
-	كيفية تشغيل الانترنت وعملية التوجيه (routing)
-	الاصدارة السادسة لبروتوكول الانترنت
-	نقاط تبادل المعلومات والتناظر (IXPs,Peering)
-	الحوسبة السحابية
-	Internet ecosystem
-	مجال أمن المعلومات بتخصصاته المختلفة
-	حوكمة الانترنت وسياسات تشغيل الانترنت
-	اى مواضيع أخرى .....
طريقة التقديم 
-	يجب ان تقدم الاوراق/العروض الى لجنة تقييم الاوراق
-	يجب ان تكون الاوراق/ العروض  فى صيغة pdf
-	اذا كان هنالك تعديل فى الورقة المقدمة بعد التسليم، يجب ان تسلم النسخة المعدلة قبل الموعد النهائي لنشر أجندة البرنامج
