Hi Hani,

If you want to connect to Valve near to Kuwait then your best option is do peering with them on UAE-IX (Dubai). Peering is settlement free - you only need to take care of your Port and Backhaul Cost. Valve (Steam) is connected there with 10G.

      *   Between the ages of 18 and 30;

Today, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) launched the application round for those interested in participating at the ICANN65 Meeting in Marrakech through the NextGen Program. The Meeting will take place from 24 June to 27 June 2019.The application round will remain opened until 11 January 2019.
