[menog] Peering Fellowship, accepting applications

This year we have expanded our Peering Fellowship program to include the
Middle East.

We are seeking applicants for this engaging six-month program that equips
fellows with the skills, knowledge, and tools to tackle peering and
interconnection challenges. The program aims to maximize opportunities for
growth in the Internet and strengthen the community at peering events, with
MENOG being a potential venue for the Middle East fellows.
