organizations and commercial entities (together, the “Respondents”)
to participate in this Public Consultation process on "Assessment of the
establishment of International Internet Exchange Points (IIXPs) in the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia". The objective of this consultation is to assist CITC to
decide whether to establish one or more International Internet Exchange Points
(IIXPs) within the Kingdom and, if so, the most appropriate means by which to
do so. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

CITC welcomes all comments on this Public Consultation Document, and invites
all Respondents to provide their comments in as much detail as possible. CITC
encourages Respondents to support all comments with relevant data, analysis,
benchmarking studies and information based on the national situation or on the
experience of other countries. The CITC is under no obligation to adopt the
