If you are normal Internet end-user, you can join the meetings of the <a href="https://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/tue-ncuc">Non Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC)</a> starting 12.30 UTC. If you are into Intellectual Property, you are encouraged to join the meetings of the <a href="https://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/tue-ipc">Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC)</a> starting 17.00 UTC.
