[menog] anti-spam contact at Etisalat/UAE?

Dears,

I wonder if there are people at Etisalat that would take a spam 
complaint seriously.

It might be a good PR move if they would clamp down on spammers 
advertising services within the UAE, let alone spammer trying to sell me 
"love" drugs or canadian drugs.

If anyone has a contact who has a clue and might be helpful, please let 
me know.
