It's a little difficult to calculate, since only Egypt, Lebanon, and Bahrain have functioning IXPs...  All the rest of the Middle East's traffic is being carried as transit to Europe, and gets lumped together with other European customers going through the big IXPs there, so it can't really be counted.

To get a useful number, you'd have to get each of the incumbents in each of the other Middle Eastern countries to divulge how much transit they're buying, which is, uh...  unlikely to happen.
