[menog] Connection to ANKABUT

Hello:

We are a medical imaging company in Toronto, and would like to connect to
the new ANKABUT network via New York, and possibly London; we are already on
the NREN networks via CANARIE in Canada, and are looking for redundancy in
our connection.

Further, we would like to place a machine in the Middle East, to act as a
cache, and would operate BGP from that point.

Is anyone here able to assist?
