is there anything like a "carrier hotel" in the middle east?

i would have thought that etisalat would have one near EMIX, but i was never
able to find a contact to tell me yes/no.

my thinking would be that Fujairah, UAE would be ideal, maybe Dubai, as it
seems to be a common landing point for alot of international fiber.
