[menog] Starting a local NOG in Sudan

I really appreciate the topic discussed here it's been really useful. 

my and several of my colleagues are thinking about establishing a local
NOG in Sudan (SdNOG). 

So I could really use your inputs and guidelines to how to start and
plan this process.
