The Tuesday of every ICANN meeting is called "Constituency Day" where
Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees (SO/ACs) organize their
open house meetings with the community. This day has something for everyone.
For example, If you are a ccTLD or IDN ccTLD, you can join the ccNSO Members
Meeting <https://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/tue-ccnso-members>
starting 12.00 UTC. If you are an ICANN Accredited Registrar, you can join
the Registrar Stakeholder Group
<https://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/tue-rrsg>  starting 12.00 UTC.
If you are normal Internet end-user, you can join the meetings of the Non
Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC)
<https://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/tue-ncuc>  starting 12.30 UTC.
If you are into Intellectual Property, you are encouraged to join the
meetings of the Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC)
<https://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/tue-ipc>  starting 17.00 UTC.
The day also has a series of meetings between the ICANN Board and the
various SOs and ACs. You can find the full agenda of meetings for this day

All sessions above have Remote Participation facilities.
