And also I've been waiting for your reply about ISOC fellowships for a long time.
Would you let the community know if it is for USA sanctions that ISOC can't be the sponsor of some people like Iranian for the IETF meetings?

Your mails look like the monthly e-list updates. The substance may want to be “up front” in the first 15 lines of text that the reader sees.

Thanks for your email.
Unfortunately ISOC has a sanction against Iranian people and we haven't
been chosen for this fellowship program since the first announce.
I think this decision is against all of their goals.
And as you know, they don't allow Iranian to open a chapter for their
country.
