Thank you for your suggestion. I agree with you. Finding the important part
of message is a little bit difficult.
And also I've been waiting for your reply about ISOC fellowships for a long
time.
Would you let the community know if it is for USA sanctions that ISOC can't
be the sponsor of some people like Iranian for the IETF meetings?
