[menog] How To Unsubscribe

Hopefully I'm not out of bounds sending this to the list, but there're too many folks trying to unsubscribe incorrectly.  The method to unsubscribe is here:

"To leave the list, send an e-mail to menog-request at menog.net with the word unsubscribe in the subject line."


Sending email to the list members (on any mailing list) requesting to be unsubscribed does not help.
